History:

Castle Collision began providing Auto Collision Repairs to the motoring public in 1992. We started out in a small building in Westbury, New York. Today Castle is the premier provider of Autobody Collision repair and claims services in the Five Boroughs of New York City and Long Island. Castle Collision Centers currently own and operate three convenient service centers to serve our customers. Our growth and success is evidenced by our commitment to superior customer service, quality repairs and 100% customer satisfaction.

With over 200 years of combined experience the Castle Collision Management Team is uniquely qualified to service the needs of our customers and insurance companies.

That is why more than 7 National & Regional insurance companies rely on Castle Collision Centers for fast, fair and totally professional assistance when handling their customer's auto claims. All Castle Collision Centers participate in most insurance company Direct Appraisal & Direct Repair Programs, as well as drive in claims centers.

Technical Expertise:

Castle Collision Centers track and manage all repairs using Auto Body Works Tracker by Norgate Technologies. All centers are connected creating a network via the Internet. A database server is located in the Westbury location. Every week it is backed up automatically. All centers utilize ADP Shoplink/Photolink estimating software. Castle Collision Centers provide each customer with a written lifetime warranty and Customer Survey Inquiry (CSI).

The Castle Collision Center office staff and technicians are certified I-CAR trained professionals that will assist your insureds and claimants through the entire claims process. Our repair technicians will restore your insureds and claimant's vehicles to pre-accident condition and return them as soon as possible, neat and clean.

Castle Collision also offers its customers the option of tracking their vehicle's repair progress via the CastleCollision.com website.
